- Includes: Everything in “Laid Back” plus detailed surface cleaning.

3. The Clean Freak
Our signature “elbow grease” deep clean that reaches every nook and cranny.
- Focus: Heavy scrubbing and detail-oriented grime removal.
- Includes: Hand-scrubbing baseboards, high dusting, shower grout detailing, and intensive kitchen degreasing. Walls that require excessive scrubbing will need to be painted.
- Best For: First-time visits or seasonal “Spring Cleaning.”
4. Move-In / Move-Out (Restoration)
A complete “blank slate” service for empty homes.
- Focus: Total property restoration for buyers, sellers, or renters.
- Includes: All “Clean Freak” details plus the interior of all cabinets, drawers, and appliances.
- Best For: Preparing a home for the market or moving into a new space.
Note on Condition: Homes with extreme neglect, heavy clutter, or impacted grime may be billed at our $85/hr Restoration Rate to ensure we have the time to do the job right.

- Extreme Soil Restoration: Homes with extreme neglect, hoarding conditions, or impacted grime that requires specialized equipment.
